Sign-up FAQ Sheet

If you are returning athlete and you completed all the forms, and the information is correct, you only need pay.

If you are new, on the Forms page, please READ, COMPLETE and sign the Player Contract (athlete signs the top section, parent the bottom), Code of Conduct & Medical Waiver, Uniform, Volunteer and Information Forms. ESSENTIAL: birth certificate or passport COPY.
You can scan all the above and send to the email on the home page or bring and give to Coach at practice. Please review the other pages on the web site as they will answer most questions.

Subject to increase depending on practice site cost:
Through 8/24: $100 [plus $30 if new uniform is needed; expect some other costs, such as invitational fees if your athlete participates)
After 8/24 to when registration closes: $130 [same caveats as above]

Payment is cash or check (deliver to coach), or venmo.
Checks payable to Valley Raiders or VRTC. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
Venmo is @valleyraiders (if you see our logo, that is correct page-no confirmation tel # needed)-pls don’t flag as for “goods/purchase” (incurs a fee).

We rely on volunteers to get things done. For XC, we don’t have a volunteer deposit this year, but you will be asked to volunteer.

Extra practice T-shirts are $10. We have adult sizes in most items if you want to match your kids.

Notification:
Before conference certification (Aug 30): Full refund less clothing received.
After certification: No refund.
